    1. The document is undated, but after receiving your question I did a bit of digging on-line and found it! The document was a draft of what was later included in a book that was published in 1974.

This paper, along with a version written in long hand, I found in a file in the Francis M. Manning Collection, located at the Martin Community College Library. I visited there back in 2014. It had a wealth of miscellaneous history about Martin County. My time was limited, so I read and copied what I can. But I would love to go back one day, or look forward to the day all the papers are digitized.

      Here's a link to a description of the collection -- https://digital.lib.ecu.edu/special/ead/findingaids/0488

Here's is a link to the book in which this summary was included:
RELIGION AND EDUCATION IN MARTIN COUNTY (1774 - 1974)

Indexed by FRANCIS M. MANNING and W. H. BOOKER

WILLIAMSTON, N. C. ENTERPRISE PUBLISHING COMPANY
      1974
